Booking Details
View the full details of any booking and take actions on it.
Accessing Booking Details
- Go to the Bookings tab
- Tap on any booking to open its detail view
Detail View
The booking detail page shows:
| Section | Information |
|---|---|
| Customer | Name, email, and phone number |
| Court | Court name and facility |
| Schedule | Date, start time, end time, and duration |
| Payment | Amount, payment method, and status |
| Status | Current booking status |
Available Actions
From the booking detail page, you can:
- Cancel Booking — Cancel the booking (if applicable)
- View Customer Profile — See the customer's booking history

Cancelled bookings cannot be restored. Make sure to confirm with the customer before cancelling.
