Understanding Bookings
Learn how bookings work in BookMyCourt and how to manage court reservations.
How Bookings Work
When a customer books a court through the BookMyCourt app:
- They select your facility and court
- They choose a date and time slot
- They complete the payment
- The booking appears in your Bookings tab
Booking Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | Booking is confirmed and paid |
| Pending | Booking is awaiting confirmation or payment |
| Cancelled | Booking has been cancelled |
| Completed | The booked session has ended |
Viewing Bookings
- Tap the Bookings tab in the bottom navigation
- You'll see upcoming bookings for your facility
- Use All Bookings to view the complete booking history
Booking Information
Each booking shows:
- Customer name and contact details
- Court name
- Date and time of the session
- Duration of the booking
- Payment status
- Booking status
