Settlements Overview
Track your facility's earnings and monthly settlement payouts.
What Are Settlements?
Settlements are periodic payouts of your earned booking revenue. When customers book and pay for court sessions through BookMyCourt, the payment is collected and settled to you on a regular basis.
Viewing Settlements
- Tap the Settlements tab in the bottom navigation
- You'll see a list of your settlement periods
Settlement Information
Each settlement shows:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Period | The date range for the settlement |
| Total Amount | Total earnings for the period |
| Status | Settlement status (pending, processed, paid) |
| Payout Date | When the settlement was or will be paid |
Settlement Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Settlement is being calculated |
| Processed | Settlement has been processed for payout |
| Paid | Funds have been transferred to your account |
