Operating Hours

Configure when your facility is open for bookings.

Accessing Operating Hours

1. Go to the Facilities tab
2. Tap on your facility
3. Tap Manage Hours

Setting Hours

For each day of the week, you can set:

Setting	Description
Opening Time	When your facility opens
Closing Time	When your facility closes
Closed	Mark a day as closed (no bookings accepted)

How Operating Hours Affect Bookings

• Customers can only book courts during your operating hours
• Booking time slots are generated based on these hours
• If you change operating hours, existing bookings are not affected

Changes to operating hours only apply to future bookings. Any existing bookings outside the new hours will remain valid.

Set consistent operating hours to make it easier for regular customers to plan their sessions.
